CatturaConsumers’ Law demand to make a distinction between those decisions which are “reasonably” free and those which are the result of mistake or manipulation. The drafting and enforcement of statutes in this sector cannot avoid to apply those models of cognitive and decisional systems which behavioural psychology offers.
