FairSpeak: assessing food labelling fairness empirically


CatturaThe research project “Spin or fair speak – when foods talk” at the Copenhagen Business School is a co-operation between researchers in cognitive sciences, semiotics, sensory, marketing, and law. It aims at providing a new, shared frame of reference for assessing the impact of in-store food-to-consumer communication from a fairness perspective.
